We strive to offer the best customer service we can. We welcome all feedback about our online shop and aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.
We provide a cooling off period of 7 working days and an unconditional right to cancel your order during this period. The purpose of the cooling off period is to allow you the opportunity to examine the goods sold on this web site. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends seven working days after the day of receipt of goods.
Online - You can use this site by adding products to our shopping cart and use the secure checkout process to pay for them with your credit or debit card. When buying tickets online there is a 5% admin charge, which is to help cover the card transaction charge and our postage to you. When using a debit card for 5 tickets or more, this charge will be capped at £3.50 per total transaction.
All our prices are displayed in £sterling.
Delivery and postage
Postage and packing charges are shown before you finally purchase. Orders are normally dispatched within five working days, unless we are temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock and there is going to be a longer delay, we will inform you by email and offer you a revised delivery date.
All credit card transactions are handled on a secure web server, using 128bit security. Your credit card details are encrypted and are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in a readable form on our web site or our computers.
